Refund & Return Policy

1. No Return Policy

All purchases made on GreenKheti are final. Due to the nature of our products (fertilizers, soil mixes, gardening supplies, etc.), we do not accept returns under any circumstances once the product is delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greenkheti.co with clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • Packaging with shipping label visible
  • Unboxing video (recommended for smooth claim processing)

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not already been processed. After this window, orders are considered confirmed and will be shipped as per schedule.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to damaged or missing products, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We do not refund shipping charges.
